Rotten Tomatoes - is the most comprehensive movies review websites I've ever seen... and I've been looking since 1998. The staff determines each review to be positive ("fresh," marked by a small icon of a red tomato) or negative ("rotten," marked by a small icon of a green tomato). A red-to-green tomatometer summarizes how the majority of critics & reviewers felt about each movie. Roger Ebert is my all-time favorite critic.
IMDb.com: Internet Movie Database - is the most comprehensive database about movies on the internet. It has information about every movie, actor/actress, director, and film crew Plus, it has trivia, quotes, and top film lists. It's a dream come true if you are curious about the details.
What Events Happened On This Day? -- lists famous events and birthdays on this day in history.
Daryl Cagle's Professional Cartoonists Index! - is full of cartoons from famous political and professional interest cartoonists! It has a great search engine. Laugh and learn a new perspective. :-)
