Who Framed Roger Rabbit? Disney Collector's Doll
So pretty! Jessica Rabbit is not a regular 11 ½" Disney doll, but for many,
her animated curves make this doll a Must-Have. She is gorgeous. To begin with,
the box itself (not shown) is very artistically designed, and it emphasizes
the curves of this well-known cartoon beauty.
Now, we all know the high appeal factor of the doll, largely due to the successful picture, Roger Rabbit . However, two small negatives about this doll are 1.) The doll's hair is a little too red and 2.) Her cheeks seem to be a little too puffy from the cartoon siren we knew on-screen.
Nevertheless, it is a small critique, because as an overall doll,
Jessica Rabbit is extraordinarily well crafted. She is one of those dolls
that stands out from my collection--Men, in particular, really seem
to enjoy her. (Maybe its the sparkles in her dress?)
Additional notes: Jessica has some *fantastic* high heeled shoes. Check
them out if you can. Also, the extreme curves on this doll made it essential for
Mattel to provide a special stand for her, the base of which is shaped like a
gray film reel. Very nice. Finally, for other collectors that debox, Mattel has
added a little surprise: a piece of wraparound lingerie on Jessica's
upper thigh. It's interesting, but you have to hike up a side of
her dress to see it. 
That certainly gives other adult collectors
a reason to debox her.
It's a very sexy doll. And no doubt, she has rare looks for a Disney doll.
